National Aviation Guild — Independent Membership Platform
A fully independent deployment of the pilot community platform architecture — built for the National Aviation Guild with its own infrastructure, configuration, and member base. The second proof that the platform was institutional-grade, not a one-off.
The National Aviation Guild is a pilot community organisation — part of the broader ecosystem of pilot welfare and professional advocacy bodies in Indian aviation. Like SWIP, NAG needed a digital platform that could serve its pilot membership with the tools and features specific to their professional community.
Webonautics built NAG's platform as a fully independent deployment — not a reskin or a shared instance, but a separate installation of the same proven architecture that powered SWIP, configured, deployed, and maintained independently for NAG's own membership, governance, and operations.
Two independent pilot community organisations. Two independent deployments. The same architecture — proven, refined, and trusted by India's aviation community.
NAG received the full feature set of the pilot community platform — the same depth of member-facing tools and admin capabilities that SWIP operated on, independently configured for NAG's member base and operational structure.
Member Area
Registration and approval, profile management, news and events, policies, calendar, forms and circulars, grievances system, forum, polls.
Grievances System
Anonymous or named grievance posting, routed to selected or all committee members — the operationally critical feature for pilot welfare organisations.
Circulars & Resources
Document library with categorised circulars, forms, and aviation resources — downloadable and shareable within the member community.
Community Features
Forum, polls, city directory, noticeboard — the tools that made the platform a genuine community hub transforming the platform into an active professional community system.
Admin Dashboard
Full content management, member registration management, grievance response, news and calendar management, gallery moderation.
Independent Deployment
Own infrastructure, own database, own configuration — NAG's platform was a separate operational system, not shared with SWIP.
NAG matters in the Webonautics portfolio not just as a project in its own right, but as proof of architectural quality. When a second independent organisation — with its own governance, its own membership, and its own operational requirements — chooses to deploy the same platform, it confirms that the original build was not bespoke to one client but genuinely reusable.
This is the standard that serious software platforms are measured against: can another organisation run it independently? NAG answered that question.
NAG and SWIP share the same platform architecture — built by Webonautics for India's pilot community. The SWIP case study covers the full platform history, version evolution, and the connection chain that led from pilot community work to international aviation infrastructure.
