About Airvionics DMS

Airvionics DMS is an online document management system built for airline regulatory compliance. It helps airlines organise, distribute, track, and audit critical documents across pilots, cabin crew, engineering, ground operations, and administration.

The platform was first deployed at Jet Airways in 2008, approved for DGCA compliance, and later expanded to Oman Air and TAAG Angola Airlines. Across three international airlines, it has supported more than 10,000 users over eighteen years of live operation.

The Power of Airvionics DMS. Built upon years of expertise in the airline industry, Airvionics DMS has become the go-to solution for streamlining document distribution processes in one of the most highly regulated sectors.

Key Features

The system was built around control, accountability, and regulatory traceability.

Targeted Distribution

Efficiently deliver policies, circulars, manuals, and relevant documents to specific users by selecting group-based audiences. Easily assign document access to specific user groups — ensuring the right information reaches the right individuals and eliminating information overload.

Automated Notifications

Keep employees informed and up to date with automated email notifications for new or updated document releases. Timely notifications ensure staff stay informed about critical information and can take prompt action without manual follow-up.

Digital Acknowledgements

Ensure accountability by requesting digital acceptance for released documents. Capture and record acknowledgements seamlessly — establishing a clear audit trail of compliance and ensuring critical documents are acknowledged by their intended recipients.

Track Access Deadline

Stay on top of document access deadlines with automated alerts and reminders. Ensures users are aware of time-sensitive documents and can take necessary action — maintaining compliance and mitigating risks associated with missed deadlines.

Comprehensive Auditing

Generate detailed reports on document and member activities — gaining insights into who accessed what and when. Complete auditing capabilities provide an overview of document usage and member interactions, enabling data-driven decisions and regulatory adherence.

Expiry Date Management

Efficiently manage document lifecycles by setting expiry dates. The system automatically triggers notifications about upcoming expirations, enabling proactive management and ensuring the document repository remains current and compliant at all times.
